My board...Picts. of my family and below the drawers are filled with daily assignments, centers etc. Of course it's decorated with cute bee things. :0) On the bee hooks, I hang 4 bee lanyard necklaces with tags. One says Queen Bee of the day and the other one says King Bee of the day. The other 2 says helper bees. The helper of the day gets a necklace and then picks a friend to help them and gives them a helper necklace. Helper of the day area. Each day I pick a new helper of the day. They do ALL tasks for the day. I got so tired of picking 8 + helpers each week for different jobs and never remembered who did what each week. I have found this to be much easier and less time consuming. Their names are on cute bees in the pockets Computer desk area, kids take AR tests here Our large bulletin board ---it's easy to keep this up most of the year and just change out the work on it. On each bee is the child's name. Our sunny poetry board, I change the poem each week. My cute bee themed name tags ( thanks to teacher clubhouse ) My calendar board, the helper of the day sits on the cute 'bee' bean bag chair and guides us through calendar time. The kids sit on the large flower rug in front of the board. I call our board the Daily Buzz...
